Children’s Autism Services of Edmonton

About

Early educational programming is provided for children between the ages of 2 ½ and 6, who have been diagnosed with a severe disability (including severe communication delay or behaviour challenges.) A diagnosis of autism is not required to access services. The program focuses on social communication skills, functional play skills, fine and gross motor skills, classroom routines, and preschool/kindergarten concepts. Families are encouraged to be actively involved in the program planning. Preschool Programs occur at the Maier Centre, our new site in south Edmonton or in Community Preschool Programs.
