About
Community Options is a non-profit agency whose inclusive philosophy values the opportunity for all children and families to participate fully in their community. The Community Preschool Education program serves children 2.5- 6 who have a severe disability qualifying for Alberta Education Program Unit Funding. Through an individualized program delivered within a community early learning program, children grow in independence, gain self-confidence, and develop initiative, creativity and self-discipline alongside their community peers. Family oriented programming and involvement with the learning team is an essential component of our services, as parents are viewed as partners, collaborators and advocates for their child.
