E4C Head Start

About

For people living in poverty, education and skill development has often been out of reach, as they must focus their energy on coping with the immediate challenges poverty creates. But when given opportunities to learn and grow, people begin to look beyond the urgency of the moment and begin planning for the future they want. E4C has always recognized the importance of education and skill development in helping people living in poverty move toward healthy, positive, lasting change. It helps them journey from where they are now to where they want to be. Learning new skills and expanding knowledge is beneficial to anyone at any age but is particularly relevant to children and youth who have a lifetime to utilize what they learn. That’s why we’ve developed a range of programs designed to reach and inspire kids, including our Early Learning program, which focuses on children from 2.5 – 5 years of age.
