We operate a kindergarten program housed in the Hay Lakes School located at 3rd. Ave 1st St. N. in Hay Lakes, Alberta, Canada. Our Kindergarten program is funded by Alberta Education; thus we follow the rationale and philosophy that has been prepared by Alberta Education. Our teacher not only prepares children for success in Grade 1, but also provides the foundation for later success in school. The purpose of Kindergarten is to provide learning experiences that are developmentally appropriate in order to meet the diverse needs of children and promote a positive attitude toward lifelong learning.
