Unlimited Potential Community Services (UP) is a non-profit charitable society that has been providing quality support and treatment since 1987. From the beginning, we were known as an organization that wouldn’t give up on youth with emotional, developmental, and psychiatric challenges. Columbus Academy, Phoenix Academy and Thomas More Academy are the UP-Community Services institutional schools and provide special education school for children with behavioural and/or emotional challenges.
